Thank you so much for choosing us! Once an order is being processed, it is unable to be modified. To ensure timely processing, we cannot guarantee that we can cancel or modify orders. The same goes for combining orders. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email us immediately at angie@hiveandhoneycandleco.com, and we will do the best we can to accommodate your request.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30 day return policy. For returns, please send us the unopened product and please make sure it's in the original packaging. We don't pay for return postage. Once received, we will issue you a refund. Due to health and sanitary concerns and to protect the integrity of our products, all fragrance oils are non-refundable.
