Order Adjustments & Cancellations

Thank you so much for choosing us!  Once an order is being processed, it is unable to be modified.  To ensure timely processing, we cannot guarantee that we can cancel or modify orders.  The same goes for combining orders. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email us immediately at angie@hiveandhoneycandleco.com, and we will do the best we can to accommodate your request.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to health and sanitary concerns and to protect the integrity of our products, all products including wax, wicks, fragrance oils are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.  We offer 2 oz sample bottles for purchase to try and also offer 1 lb samples of wax and sample packs of wicks for testing. 

If there is an issue with our product, we ask that you give us the opportunity to make things right. If you have any questions regarding your order, please email us at angie@hiveandhoneycandleco.com.  As always, we appreciate your business and support.
