Thank you so much for choosing Hive and Honey! As we head into the busy holiday season, I want to share a few updates so you can plan ahead and get your supplies right on time.
Processing Time:
Right now, our processing time is about 2–3 business days, plus shipping/transit time. We usually ship much, much sooner, but it’s best to plan your orders around that window—just to be safe!
If you need your order right away, we offer a Rush Processing option that bumps your order to the front of the line so it’s packed and shipped right away. Just keep in mind this only speeds up processing—you’ll still need to choose your preferred shipping method at checkout.
Shipping Tips:
We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. A quick heads-up: USPS tends to be the slowest this time of year. For faster and more reliable delivery, I recommend choosing FedEx or UPS whenever possible. Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times are in the hands of the carrier.
Checking Your Order Status:
If you’re wondering where your order is, please check your email (and spam folder) for tracking details. If you don’t see a shipping email yet, please allow up to 3 business days before reaching out—it might just still be in our queue for packing.
Order Changes & Add-Ons:
During the holidays, making changes to your order (like adding items or edits) will delay it by at least one extra business day. It’s often faster to just place a second order so your original one keeps moving.
