S&P 487 Wax | SP487 Wax | Strahl & Pitsch 487 - Pellet/Bead Form
Made using natural waxes and processed plant oil ingredients. Developed specifically for glass container candles. The surface appearance is described as an attractive crystalline or marbleized surface treatment. Reliable adherence to container wall with no pull away. Good burning wax base with no sooting. Strong fragrance throw. Fragrance levels can be as high as 12%.
This wax will not melt during shipping in warm weather if used at 100% and will hold more fragrance than any wax on the market including paraffin waxes. This is an extremely hard wax and will burn very slowly.
Add this wax at 20-25% to any wax to harden it and increase hot throw. It can also be used alone. This wax will help any wax hold more fragrance.
We have many customers who mix this wax with coconut waxes (5-25% sp 487) to harden the wax.
This wax contains no soy, all vegetable waxes. Manufactured by one of the oldest and most respected manufacturers in the United States. Contains Beeswax, Stearic Acid, and castor oil.
No Paraffin, No Palm Wax
